the pitch is an old rule with new nouns: not your compute, not your model. weights you rent live in someone else's building, behind someone else's key, priced by someone else's mood. the club's answer is literal: own the building. every node is member hardware inside the city limits, jobs move between nodes sealed, and nobody can read what you're running, including us. the scheduler sees ciphertext and a wattage number. power to the people, in the utility-bill sense.
